If you have not received a tracking number by the seventh business day, please contact us. We are unable to accommodate expedited shipping or international order requests at this time.
For issues with shipped orders that are in transit, please contact USPS.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from byhisgraceboutique.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box.

NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a By His Grace Boutique E-Gift Card. All clearance items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

Items must be sent back within 5 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
Bodysuits, swimwear, and undergarments are non-returnable.
All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card code.
