SHIPPING POLICY

BY HIS GRACE BOUTIQUE IS AN ONLINE STORE LOCATED IN COLORADO. HOWEVER, THERE ARE NO PICKUP/DROP-OFF OPTIONS.

 

Shipping

All orders are shipped USPS First Class or Priority.

Orders typically take  up to  3-4 business day to be processed. Orders placed on Friday- Sunday will be processed starting the following business day.

Possible Delays

We try our best to ensure your order will be delivered on time. Delays are possible during our Holiday and Sale Season. Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

Tracking My Order

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit www.usps.com to manually input your tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

 

NOTE: All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a By His Grace Boutique E-Gift Card. All clearance items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit. 

 

POLICY

NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS.NO CANCELLATIONS. Store credit only. Items purchased from BY HIS GRACE BOUTIQUE  are eligible for store credit  within 5 days after delivery. 

All clearance and sale items are  FINAL SALE, and are not eligible for exchange, or store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping .

NO CHANGES may be made once an order has been placed.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned

unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

  • Bodysuits May not be returned 
  • For tops and dresses please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted .

RETURNS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our facility. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

Additional notes: 

When returning by mail, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs to return items and shipping charges must be prepaid. Depending on the shipping method and carrier used to return, your return package may take several days or weeks to reach us. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, By His Grace Boutique will not issue store credit for your returns. Once your return is fully processed, we will issue you store credit in the form of a By His Grace Boutique E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase.
